T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S updated to Android 2.3

According to an announcement over on the T-Mobile UK support forum, an update for the original Samsung Galaxy S has just gone live on the network, which will upgrade phones branded with T-Mobile features to the Android 2.3 Gingerbread release.

This took the network quite a while. There must've been some absolutely LIVID Galaxy S users on T-Mobile…

…but no doubt they're all happy now. Anger quickly subsides when you have an almost new telephone to play with.
