LG Optimus Pro and Optimus Net seen again

Ever wondered just what the plural of Optimus is? Could it be Optimii, so that we can just call it the LG Optimii collection – with the Optimus Pro and Optimus Net being released a couple of days ago, joining the ever expanding Optimus family. With newer videos of both smartphones hitting the Internet pipeline, it goes without saying that you can find out more about said smartphones without purchasing one – both in terms of features and performance. They do seem to be settle in nicely within the mid-range scheme of things, so that means bragging rights are not part of the package should you decide to bring either model home.

The LG Optimus Net and Optimus Pro do not seem to be too far removed from one another where hardware and software are concerned, powered by a similar 800MHz processor coupled with a 3-megapixel autofocus camera and 3.6Mbps 3G connectivity with Android 2.3 Gingerbread running right out of the box.

The LG Optimus Pro is different in a sense where it sports a QWERTY keyboard, making the pro-BlackBerry crowd happy. Regardless, both models look set to arrive at Europe before they make their way to the US.
