2012] After months of rumors, leaked images and speculation, it looks
like Motorola is ready to unveil its upcoming smartphones. Today on the
Motorola blog, the company announced the launch of two new phones: the
DROID 4 and the DROID RAZR MAXX - and the previously released DROID RAZR
in purple. Not many details have been released about the devices, but we can expect to find out more in the near future. The DROID 4 is everything we've covered before in the past: it features a DROID RAZR-inspired design, and features a 1.2 GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, a 5-row QWERTY keyboard and 4G LTE connectivity. The DROID RAZR MAXX will be an updated version of the regular DROID RAZR - it features a super long lasting battery that is said to provide up to 21 hours of talk time. Whether or not it lasts that long, I guess we'll have to put it through the motions to find out. But it looks like those rumors we've heard in the past are true after all.
