It's not necessarily shocking as the device could have underwent cosmetic changes during its production, and combined with the understanding that ZTE will be releasing multiple Windows Phone 7 Mango devices around the same time, what we are actually looking at could in fact be a totally different Mango device.
Unfortunately the specs of the device was not revealed, although keeping in mind Microsoft's strict hardware guidelines for WP7 devices, it will be exciting to see what ZTE will be able to produce. For an alternative to ZTE, you can check out the post we did on Fujitsu's IS12T WP7 device here.
