T-Mobile is said to be introducing a gradual roll out of the Android
2.3.5 Gingerbread update for their Samsung Galaxy S II smartphone,
going by the name software version T989VUVKL1. T-Mobile claims that
those who install the update will benefit from various improvements
“based on customer feedback" – and to put it in a more specific manner,
this update will offer Caller ID enhancements, battery enhancements, and
Wi-Fi calling enhancements among others.
