Nokia Lumia 900 (Ace) renders leaked with AT&T branding
It was only yesterday when we found out that the oft-rumored Nokia Ace would be announced by AT&T during CES in January, and would be in stores in March. This supposed Windows Phone-powered flagship smartphone from the Finnish manufacturer has now been spotted in some leaked renders.

They come courtesy of one of Microsoft's partners, who sent out some Christmas cards. Nothing special there, but these cards were depicting Nokia's next smartphone.

As you can see, the design is very similar to that of the already available Lumia 800. But it's not identical, so this is clearly a different device. First of all, it has a front-facing camera. Second, it features prominent AT&T branding.

That of course lines up nicely with what we heard yesterday. And the phone will probably end up being called Nokia Lumia 900. This has been rumored a couple of times already, and after all it makes sense (considering Nokia's current Windows Phone naming scheme, which so far has the upper-midrange Lumia 800 and the lower-midrange Lumia 710).

So the handset you see in the pictures above probably is the Nokia Lumia 900, on its way to AT&T in the US. That said, it will probably also arrive in other parts of the world because Nokia badly needs a global flagship smartphone for 2012 – this may just be it.
