The Samsung Conquer 4G may not be the most popular kid around the Now Network’s block but that doesn’t mean Sprint hasn’t forgotten about it. It’s finally received the security update that will remove the controversial Carrier IQ software that created a big stir last year. Beyond that, Sprint’s ix-naying a good deal of allpaper-ways. Those include Magic, Smoke, Many, Maps, Nexus, Spectrum, Water, and Waveform. The update will head out in a staggered process over the next 10 day so be patient if you’re not seeing it right away.
