Verizon is adding yet another handset to their 4G LTE lineup as the LG Spectrum goes on sale today for $199 on a new two-year contract. The Spectrum features a 4.5-inch display, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, and 8MP camera and ships with Android 2.3.5. An Ice Cream Sandwich update is planned.
