Here is a little background on the outage – complaints started to emerge at around 3.00am, where subscribers across the length and breadth of the US claimed that they have lost all data service. User feedback showed that 9.30am was when the 4G service was resurrected, with 3G capability experiencing the same thing slightly earlier. Well, better an outage at 3 in the morning than 3 in the evening, don't you think so?
