Available in dark gray, the Samsung Chrono comes jam packed with a 2-inch QVGA (240×320) internal display, a VGA camera, Bluetooth and a 512MB of internal storage. The handset is priced at just $19.99 on a pre-paid plan from US Cellular, or you can get it for free if you agree to sign a new two-year service agreement. [
